AERIAL YOGA

The special feature of this yoga practice is that all exercises are carried out either entirely in the hammock or with its help. It's essentially a mix of multiple physical activities: Pilates, aerial acrobatics, and rhythmic gymnastics. Areal Yoga engages muscles that are normally inactive in everyday life, helping difficult asanas to be learned faster. The spine is almost completely relieved of tension and allows maximum stretching of the muscles around the spine, which is very difficult to achieve when practicing on the floor. 

 

Above all, aerial yoga promotes relaxation and calm: the slow swinging in the cocoon-like hammock promotes stress reduction and deep relaxation.

This course is suitable for all levels. Both beginners and experienced yogis can enjoy the hour in the air.
